Dark Seed - Play Online
DOS - 1992
For small DOS games like Dark Seed, you can play online immediately with your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer...). This feature is still experimental, the game may not work properly. Warning: game save should work, but you should try it early! Emulator configuration
You can choose which game version you want to use, then you have to choose the right game executable and press PLAY.
To exit fullscreen mode, press escape. Playing experience can be poor due to your browser or your computer. Download Dark Seed and launch it with DOSBox to have the best playing experience!
If the game is too fast or too slow, try hitting CTRL-F11 (slower) and CTRL-F12 (faster).

You can seriously mess up this game if you don't collect all of the necessary items by the time you end up in the police cell. This will only make sense when you play: you will need to put a bobby pin, gloves and money under the pillow; then, when you leave the police station using the 'get out of jail card', you get a chance to grab the gun. Unfortunately, when you use the 'get out of jail' card once, it is gone and you don't get another one; that means that if you have forgotten to leave all the items under the pillow, hard luck. You don't get a second chance to be imprisoned and grab the gun (which you need in order to complete the game). It then goes into a kind of loop where the only end result is failure. A seriously annoying design issue!
