Description of Dictator
Here is the video game “Dictator”! Released in 1983 on Commodore 64, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's a strategy game, set in a managerial theme and it was released on BBC Micro as well.

I think the game was
humorous in some respects. For example, at the end of the game it wrote something like "Your score: 140 You can always try for 141"
The game was (mostly?) implemented with Basic and you could see the program listing.
