Found NIGHT BOMBER in an Apogee freeware release pack.

LAUNCH TIPS:
Use DosBox to run game.
Use MoSlo through DosBox to reduce the computer speed until you can see your missile launch trajectory.
(My sample run line from DosBox "AutoExec" section: MOSLO.COM /2 BOMBER.COM) where MoSlo and the game are in the same directory)

PLAY TIPS:
If 1 is the left of the screen and 45 is the far right, guess the correct angle to launch and hit the city. Each success adds one to your score. Your final score determines your winning RANK.
The spaceship cannot be destroyed. If it hits the city, you gain a point. If it hits your launcher, you lose a point. If it hits either one, it makes another pass until it misses.
You have 12 missiles and there appear to be 12 successful ranks to earn. Unconfirmed but this seems to indicate the top score is Four Star General.

CHEAT!: Measure across your computer screen from launcher to right side. Then measure from launcher to centre of city. Distance to city divided by total screen distance times 45 should be pretty close to the kill zone every time...
