PoP 3D is the black sheep of the franchise, another game that sadly has the misfortune of having an awkward jump from 2D to 3D. It’s a very loose sequel to PoP 2 that sadly has nothing to do with game's story (it ended on a somewhat of an open-ending/cliff-hanger that was never resolved). I remember seeing PoP 3D in the bargain bin for like a dollar back in the day, I do remember enjoying it despite it being clunky and the later levels are super hard due to the tomb raider-like tank controls and annoying level design. Getting it to run on windows 10 is almost impossible, I tried so many options with no luck. The best ways to get it to work is virtual machine or older pcs. Thankfully I have an older pc and it works great on it. Thankfully “PoP: The Sands of Time” saved this franchise from obscurity and its a much better game.

How do I make the movies to work? I have both cd images. Music and sfx are working..

@LemonChild it's probably because it's an .iso, which means it simulates a cd. in your files, below your windows c:/, you should see its tab. right-click, and eject it. Then it can be deleted

okay so I downloaded the rip version and everything was fine and I finished the game so I wanted to delete the game because it got boring and I went to downloads and clicked delete but it said "The action can't be completed because the folder or file in it is open in another program" so im really confused now can anyone tell me how to delete the folder?

Finalmente ho vinto il primo livello ma poi dopo che sono uscito dal gioco il giorno dopo quando volevo giocare il secondo livello il gioco si chiude da solo, ma dai, che cazzo, sembrava funzionare e poi al secondo livello si chiude, vaffanculo.

Non posso applicare la patch 1.1, mi dice Unable to locate Prince of Persia 3D - Prince of Persia 3D is not properly installed on this system, Prince of Persia 3D patch installation cannot continue., e che ho estratto tutti i file della patch dentro alla cartella del gioco prima di avviare Setup.exe per poter installare la patch, come dire che non trovo la cucina quando ci sono già dentro, o che non trovo il mio telefono quando ce l'ho in mano.

A me funziona e ho Windows 7 Starter, comunque la configurazione di gioco è un po' fastidiosa all'inizio, bisogna abituarsi a ruotare la visuale con un tasto invece del mouse e muovere il principe senza potersi spostare velocemente a sinistra o destra, l'unico modo è usare i Sidestep. Anche salire sui muri senza lasciarsi cadere, bisogna tenere premuto il tasto del salto per rimanere attaccati ai bordi dei muri sennò cade. Poteva essere impostato molto meglio di così.

It works on 64 bit Win 10 if you run this game in XP SP2 compatibility mode...... to fix some textures in later levels, download the fixed "Geometry" files from that "unnofficial prince of persia site" and to fix the non transparent prision door in the very first level in prision you can open the game with help of dgvoodoo2
