Given away with Commodore Format. I can't say I was a massive fan, but it was totally different to anything else I had played. If they released this today, it would probably be called Strike Sim and offer extortionate ticket prices to commuters encouraging everyone to keep driving their cars.

Hi,
Southern Belle also released to ZX Spectrum, and in fact has a faster graphics than C64.
(strangely the CPC version seems to be as slow as the C64 version)
