If you cannot run the installer do this (will work for alot of older games as well): https://www.minitool.com/news/run-32-bit-programs-on-64-bit-windows.html (it works with all older games i've tested so far....FIFA 98, 99, 2000 and so forth
Navigate to the: "Can’t Install 32-bit Program on 64-bit Windows?" and follow the easy steps.

Alright i got it to work on my W11 computer.

1. - FIrst of i installed the game as usual then i cracked the thing with: https://www.myabandonware.com/download/15od-fifa-soccer-2003
-Even thought i do own the original and installed through that-

2. - Download Nglide if you don't have it already on: https://www.zeus-software.com/downloads/nglide

3. - Download DxWnd: https://sourceforge.net/projects/dxwnd/
Open the program with "Run As Administrator" (ALWAYS do this).
Click: EDIT - Name: FIFA 2003 | Path: (Were you installed it) for me it was "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA SPORTS/fifa2003.exe"
Do this on both the path and launch tabs.
Leave everything as default.

And then press "OK" and then FILE - Save

Now you can start the game as usual on fifa2003.exe (Don't start it through DXWnd unless you wanna do it in a smaller windowed mode)
IF you don't want the picture stretched then just open Nglide and do "Aspect Ratio: Aspect correction" to keep it as 4:3.
You can probably play around with the screen resolution.

I did make a .reg file through notepad as well just in case, ignore this step if the game works for you already:

5, - Open notepad and copy the following:

AND THEN save as .reg.

Hope this works for you because all of this worked for me.

PS: I just played around with all sort of things before i got it to work, sometimes i knew what i did sometimes i didn't...prolly some you be like: "That was kinda unessecary"....but as long as it works i mean....go ahead!

You have to download the NOCD from the game extras, you can find it a little below and it is only 1 mb. Open it and the game will start!

PEER if you didnt manage to make the game work. Then whats the use of your comment? It seems like this website just upload games that isnt working. Just the owner of the website making money from the ads on this website while we cant make any game work and wasting our time and data to download games that isnt working.

Download Daemon Tools Lite. There you have to mount the first cd and start the installation. When it tells you to put cd 2 in, you will unmount cd 1and on the same drive mount cd 2. Installing works like that, but I didn´t manage to actually start the game.
