One of the earliest first person shooter made, one of the precursor in the genre.

id's first fps and its... followed by wolf3d then doom then quake done.

If I'm not mistaken this actually runs on one of the earliest incarnations of the Wolfenstein 3D engine. Wolf3D wasn't even released when this game went out so you can imagine the how early of a state the engine was in.
