I like this game very much, but ever I play the version downloaded, it never save the bests laps times within the registered records. Why this happens? can you help me?

Runs perfectly fine using Boxer (DosBox mac os x Front end). Ran GPCGA.exe, you do not need to run install.

I have downloaded the game Cycles: International Grand Prix Racing of size 336kb and extracted all the files to a folder. Then I click theinstall button to get the game installed but after extracting around 68 files, the system is asking to Insert the Master Disk. Please help on how to solve this problem?
