when i first installed it worked but after i restarted my computer it demands a cd despite the cd being mounted in both windows and poweriso. i finished all the main games at the turntable but i want to find all the minigames throughout the world so links to any discussion about this game would be helpful

Rob, just click on download button and then select full RIP UK Version which is of 355 MB. When download is complete. You will see that a 'keytop' has been formed. Just click on it and find the option 'InstallCheck'. Click on it and the game will be downloaded.

A very good logical game for toddlers. I myself am 12 years old but I also like this game. We can do a lot of jobs and their is guidance from Thomas the tank engine. It's so much fun driving Thomas. Thank you Infogrames and MindsEye Productions!! Thanks to you too, My Abandonware!!

Felipe, you good man, I am so so greatfull that you have shared these Thomas games with us.
I am a father to autistic boy who adores Thomas games and I almost gave up on hope that I will find it.

Now he gave me another task and there is one more game for me to find.

Degugs, you know what? i was searching options for making the game playable, and the only option is CRACKing the game :/, its the only way, and you know how i figured out? i have a copy of Thomas saves the Day for PC and, it didnt work, so i searched for weeks, until i found a proper crack, it was weird and it would not save, but hey, that's easily fixed with Owner's Perm. so, i Think you'll have to find yourself a cracker/hacker

If extracting the game files and then burning them on a disk won't work, than I am at a loss for how to do it without a true disk, but at least the files are accessible so that one day, someone could get it to work.

Now, this should REALLY be a lifesaver from buying those physical copies that are inflated prices off eBay...

The game won't run...

and burning the iso file won't work either.

BUT, here's good news: The game finally installed

i hope you can fix this, i really want my brothers to play this. :)

Update:

I have recently sent in a new iso file that was copied directly from the disk. If all else fails, I recommend attempting to burn THESE files onto a blank disk and using THAT to play the game.

I have not tried this myself, I may when I have the time, but feel free to beat me to the job.

ok so before you even start to download a pre-2001 windows game grab VMware for free learn how it works, search for windows ME VMware image get it working to your liking (install guest additions etc) this set up should be able to play dos games etc, but dos box is still better than running dos games on windows, that is a whole other monster you should google, but most of the games I've found on here post dos pre XP run great on ME (its ME so its not as stable as NT but i chose it because its running on a DOS compatibility layer like Windows9x)

For those still trying to install, I have a theory that I have not had the chance to test yet.

Burn these files onto a disk, then remove and re-insert the disk.

Hopefully this will trick the game into thinking that it has the disk.

To those who are having install troubles: I am the one who contributed these files, the game only worked for me while I had the disk in the computer, most likely some security feature of the game. However, I have heard that running this on an older version of windows (such as xp, 95 or 7) will bypass this. I have contacted the owner of the site and I hope that either he or someone can figure this out because this is truly an amazing game.
