Last and arguably best in Bethesda's Wayne Gretzky Hockey series, Wayne Gretzky Hockey 3 continues the legacy of its predecessors with even better VGA graphics, more player stats, and longer league play.
As with earlier games in the series, WGH3 excels in both coaching and playing department, with very smooth graphics, solid player controls, and a challenging AI that reacts quite reasonably to your tactics. The league play offers longer play value, and the game can integrate with Bethesda's Hockey League Simulator 2, a great simulation package that will please all statistical-minded fans.
Definitely a must have, and an overlooked classic that few hockey games have rivalled since. Thumbs up!

This may install but doesn't get you the codes...
-Download and unzip.
-The main directory will contain another unzipped file. Unzip this file creating a subdirectory called WGH3VIII or something.
-Copy the three files from the WGH3VIII subdirectory into the main directory, overwriting the install.exe file. (you may only need this new install.exe file).
-Enter DOSBOS and type...
mount a c:\yourmaindirectory (install from)
mount c c:\yourhardrivedirectory (install to)
mount b c:\your dos5 directory (this may not be necessary)
path=z:\;b:\ (this may not be necessary)
a:
install.exe (this is the new overlaid install file)
cntl-f12 (speed up the install)
(spacebar or something between disks)
c:\wgh3copy a:\wgh3viii\wgh3.exe (overlay installed exe with original)
c:\wgh3\wgh3.exe (play. And please find me those codes!)

Works on my Windows 10 system but only with the 92 Season rosters. Rosters for 93, 94, etc will not load and I get a Kings.92 error message. It's great to have the color jerseys in WGH3.

This game download is useless unless you have the manual to enter the game. Need code access.
