DOS games this old often don't work even on "newer" DOS-ish systems. They tended to be programmed to run on a specific set of hardware and have issues with anything else, often times being that they run too fast because of the framerate being tied to the CPU speed rather than a timer.

Your best bet is probably DOSBox with a low "cycles" setting like 500 or thereabouts.

Oh, sorry, it doesn't work just on my PC, the browser version is fine though it works too fast.

The file's broken, I think. Doesn't work either in browser or on my Win 98 PC.
