Blockout - Play Online
DOS - 1989
For small DOS games like Blockout, you can play online immediately with your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer...). This feature is still experimental, the game may not work properly. Warning: game save should work, but you should try it early! Also, be careful to select the right game executable in the list below.
You have to choose the right game executable, then press PLAY.
To exit fullscreen mode, press escape. Playing experience can be poor due to your browser or your computer. Download Blockout and launch it with DOSBox to have the best playing experience!
If the game is too fast or too slow, try hitting CTRL-F11 (slower) and CTRL-F12 (faster).
Trying to play in the browser (Firefox on the Mac), wWhy do we get so many "Failed to load game file" ? It seems the server resets itself at night then it works for sometime and go down again...
Here is info about BlockOut.
This is my high score.
I made a youtube video on how to start it up and my high score.
Played this a lot and I still got it to play it.
Amazing game ! I remember my childhood in 1993 with my father Amstrad/IBM
I'm playing this great game since October 2017 with my Apple MacBook Air without problems and all of a sudden it's not running anymore?! Does anybody have an idea to resolve the problem?
3x3x18 extended is my fav
I spent way too many hours/days/weeks/months playing this in college, and it did wonders for my 3D spacial perception! Truly a favorite, and being able to play it immediately in my browser just now was instant-gratification, and a delightful time-jump.
This game still rocks. :-)
