It´s a port from the MSX cartridge video game, the King´s Valley. And there is the second part, too (King´s Valley 2). It was ported to Ms-Dos.

Wow, I remember playing this in the late-80s. I must have been about three or four years old. I could never remember the name of the game, but I honestly thought it was an NES game. Looking forward to this again!
