Honestly for the amount of period correct porn tetris clones, I found this one quite underwhelming. That's not to say that the actresses themselves are bad, however the gameplay is subpar compared to modern iterations of Tetris. I suggest using a fleshlight and just jacking off to regular tetris, they have some cute anime shit on it now anyways.
