Normally use a lesser resolution because any other does not seem to fit for my screen.

I think you might have to change your os resolution or tell windows to force set the resolution for that application.

I personally can't remember how to do that tho.....

Okay, managed to get it all working, Even the gui is correct.
Its a complicated process, I recommend that you read the abandonware guide first, The section that helped me get it working is
( HOW TO PLAY WINDOWS 3.1/95/98/XP GAMES )

Take a read through that todo with ISO files and stuff and it should help you get a version that is fully functional.

I hope this helps anyone wanting to play team factor again.

Yes, the ui elements are messed up for some reason is there a fix for this? I'm on windows 10.

indeed, the graphic UI shows no font, only blank weird rectangles (Windows 7 64bit).
the setup.bat is not even recognized.
