Best part was you didn't have to pick between fighter, magic user, thief, main character had components of all character classes. Magic system was simple, yet fun, especially demon fire, once you know all the words.
The hole (dungeon) was an interesting challenge to get through - You either survive rich or die quick, depending on your intelligence (in the game character) and intelligence as a human player.

Loved this game! My friend had it and couldn't get thru the labyrinth so he let me borrow it. Finished it in a couple days. He never let me borrow a game again. Still remember the word to finish the game almost 30 years later. Good times.

I went to school with the guy that wrote Wrath of Denethenor. My brother and I were in our computer club with him. Very personable guy. Shout out to Bishop High School !! Shout out also to the late Mr. Allen Schultz, (who was instrumental in some of the game development) who passed away not long after this game was finished. May you rest in peace forever.
