Alter Ego: Female - Play Online
DOS - 1986
For small DOS games like Alter Ego: Female, you can play online immediately with your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer...). This feature is still experimental, the game may not work properly. Warning: game save should work, but you should try it early! Also, be careful to select the right game executable in the list below.
Emulator configuration
You have to choose the right game executable, then press PLAY.
To exit fullscreen mode, press escape. Playing experience can be poor due to your browser or your computer. Download Alter Ego: Female and launch it with DOSBox to have the best playing experience!
If the game is too fast or too slow, try hitting CTRL-F11 (slower) and CTRL-F12 (faster).

I thought it was quite fun and interesting at first. I got pretty irritated into teenage years when it was pigeonholing me as a straight girl, but stuck with it for the most part, even if I didn't really want to have THAT alter of an ego, and it especially annoyed me with the couple of times it actually acknowledged gay people and how it handled it, but hey, I was a teenager a decade after this came out and it wasn't all that much better then, so nostalgia, I guess. Only when it absolutely wouldn't let me progress without choosing some boy to date did I decide I'd had enough. Sorry to that lesbian friend who confided in me and we "grew distant" because I was "sympathetic" but "it grew tiresome to listen to her problems"

I was really sad at first because it did not seem to work, but then I read the comments. Thanks Admin! Everyone change the ALTERFEM.BAT as game executable! It works fine for me now! Seems like a super interesting game!

It's not working. It loads, I get the blue screen on the black screen, but it won't let me do anything else. Please fix.
