the ddrs2k.zip goes in the rom folder. the 905aaa02.chd needs to be inside a folder named ddrs2k inside the roms folder. on first launch you will recieve error 147. press tab and choose slots. change cassette from game to install and choose reset machine. let install finish then press tab and choose slots. change cassette from install back to game. then choose reset system again. now you are ready to play. does not work on latest mame yet. I tested with .240 and worked well.
