I remember this game and think of it often. Spent so many hours playing this. Best campaign I flew was country against country mode. All 5 countries had a base and you picked to to fly for and just go kill everyone else. Best I have did without dying was 7 stars after my name. 35 kills in a row. Wish they never took it down. I would probably still be playing.

Playes this oh.. so many times and for years! I met many friends on this game, and its members organised it very well. Cheats (e.g. friendly fire) were soon kicked off. Is there anything similar now?

Really miss Air Attack on the KAA servers and the UK air attack forum where I got my start. I started about age 16/17 and played for about 8 years. Spent many late nights playing this game with squads and friends. Community was great, we self controlled each other and looked out for one another. Ace sent many of us free Microsoft sidewinder joysticks. He was a legend and very kind. The game was easy to learn and hard to master. I never made it to the level of many but still loved it, especially the squad matches. Best multiplayer days of my life. I'd pay to get it up and running again with a niche crowd if enough of us are still around.
If you're an AA/FA OG, what up y'all!
