To get the music working in this, make sure to mount the cue file as a cdrom, if you mount it as an iso it won't work.If you get no sound or music, double check the AUD_EDIT.exe file in the jutland directory the irq must be set to 5.
imgmount d .\cdrom\JUTLAND.cue -t cdrom

bringing it here.
Funnily enough I just (few hours ago) managed to find a copy on ebay. Very weird as it never appears. Anyway, about the game.
It's a strategy/simulation type of game. A mix between Grand Naval Battles and Advanced Destroyer Simulator.
You get to play campaigns if you so desire, which go quite deep for the time. You have to be careful to not lose too many ships or get too much damage or else you will lose the campaign. News reels between battles and very good graphics for the time (1993), made a very fun experience as long as you liked naval combat.
This game has a special place in my heart as it was the first ever CD-ROM game I bought, in 1994.
