I played this game A LOT when it came out and it was a little less buggy. You can play a scenario or be virtually any nation on the map, create alliances and coalitions, etc. The creation and movement of units is a little tedious, it's a lot of mouse clicking, but it is gratifying to win. The in game action takes the form of a version of Missile Command by Atari.. When the enemy is nuking you with their MIRV warheads you can shoot them down with what would be perhaps a Nike missile defense. It can get hectic when they send more than a single four split MIRV at you. You can't access the missile defense until the last 5 seconds before impact. This has me waiting a while for the countdown sometimes because the browser is slow. I usually play with spies turned off just so I can see what's going on everywhere.
