Probably the best turn based mech game ever made, if you don't care about graphics. Fully fleshed out system lets you train up pilots from nobodies to heroes, and fully customizable mechs give you ridiculous freedom for what designs you want. Toss fully customizable planetary situations (only thing missing is cityscapes), and you've got all the mech on mech combat you can want. I've put a ridiculous number of hours into playing this.
