I think I can answer the question below in regards to this version including the final Perfect Edition Patch and that answer is: Yes.

According to the post linked below, the perfect edition patch is what updated Nanaya's until that point still unimpressive attack animations, aswell as either updating or adding Magical Amber's attack animation (or maybe the whole character?).
Regardless, the animations described and shown in the trailer the post talks about, are the ones those characters also have in this version of the game. Hence the patch does seem to be included and this should indeed be the fully updated, final version of the game.

Great game. Especially the combat animations and OST are very epic and still outclass most new games. If you want to take a quick look at those search for "Battle Moon Wars Attacks" on youtube.

Runs great and doesn't require any sort of additional setup. Although you guys should note that this fan translation is only partially complete. Some things are not translated.

Oh wow! I had this game a LOOOONG time ago and then my PC crashed. And I couldn't find a copy of it anywhere (probably just didn't look hard enough, but...). So happy to find this again! Thank you!
