I bought this game in the 90's and it won't run on anything other than the dos that comes with windows 3.1. Then..... if you try to run it on a different version like dosbox or freedos... it recognizes that and refuses to run on purpose.
It was a really cool game though like battle chess except that instead of an animation, there was a little movie showing the battle and there were more than one shot for each capture. There were also different opening books including a huge one that says you may never win another game again.
