Back in the day I bought a killer logitech joystick with a throttle lever just to play this game... loved it, both Freespace 1 and 2.

One Sh!t hot game! Still holds up well today. Best of it's type, period. Nothing comes close. Freespace 2 is an absolute gem of a game, this one is still good!

This was one of the most amazing games of its times which took space warfare to another level with only AGP chipsets backing this game. And even with that limited capability the rendering was out of the world... played both Freespace1 and 2 and still miss those valkaries..!!
