How to play Interactive Sailing Windows 3.x
Even though that the ISO image of English version is called SAILDEMO.iso and includes the Readme-file about the demo version, that disc includes the full version of the game with all FMV files. Probably, the ISO image was dumped from pre-release CD. To play the game use DOSBox with Windows 3.x
