This, game can only be described as and i quote my self "Malpractice funny ha,ha time." This is the only game i have seen to try and some what do well on surgery as its self. still its a game from 1990 so it cant be that accurate but for me in my childhood this was its own darksouls, i kid you not if you miss click once or forget to do something you get an instant game over, and have to go back to fuckin med school?..
