Description of Solitaire's Journey

This is the BEST solitaire game I've ever played, period.

The game not only has the standard single and tournament play, but also two original concepts called "quest" and "journey" which are similar to tournament, but with more interesting rules and incentives (the screenshot here shows the "quest" screen). With over 100 types of solitaires to choose from, "quest" mode, and a complete player history, it's no small wonder QQP can stuff all this into less than 1MB of space.

I would like to get the latest version. I updated once, but the tours were gone. It's my favorite solitaire app ever, but I need a new one. Lost the old one I got when it was new. I liked the quests, too. Which and where can I find the newest version

I never played solitaires journey but was going thru boxes and found a book of instructions for it and figured if it took more than 30 pages to explain it, it may be worth a try!

You will all benefit by building an 98/2000/XP box for running games such as this. Windows Vista/7/8 are terrible and are not compatible with old games, mainly due to its 64-bit nature but also due to other conflicts (lack of compatibility with ADLIB to name one). My main PC (this one) is a souped up XP machine and I can run games back from the 80s with no problem. And you can find/build a similar machine for very _very_ little money. Highly recommended!

This download doesn't seem to run on Windows 7. Are there other versions?

Beware this is 16-bit Windows version, where is the actual DOS one?
I know it existed, because I bought it, back then.
Windows 7 64-bit can't run this 16-bit version, the DOS one is my only hope.

Solitaire's Journey was my FAVORITE solitaire software and so glad to find it again. When I was home sick in bed, I played every game until I won it. Thanks for offering the download here!! My old backup copy no longer works.
