Spaceward Ho! - Play Online
DOS - 1992
For small DOS games like Spaceward Ho!, you can play online immediately with your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer...). This feature is still experimental, the game may not work properly. Warning: game save should work, but you should try it early! Also, be careful to select the right game executable in the list below.
Emulator configuration
You have to choose the right game executable, then press PLAY.
To exit fullscreen mode, press escape. Playing experience can be poor due to your browser or your computer. Download Spaceward Ho! and launch it with DOSBox to have the best playing experience!
If the game is too fast or too slow, try hitting CTRL-F11 (slower) and CTRL-F12 (faster).

The manual page number is from the page number of the manual, NOT the PDf. The manual starts on page 30 of the PDF, and has a varying number of manual pages per PDF page. But if you look carefully, you will find it

Despite what Bizzybee said, the password problem that stops your gameplay after 50 turns still exists. It asks for some unknown password and you can not progress without it.

Game stops after 50 turns, and the manuel at you can find online does nothing for you. it WOULD be a fun game if yo could actually play all the way through, but becouse someone at delta is greedy an stupid, it is sadly a train wreck.

Crap version. no option to abandon a planet, no ship savings, no option to see ship progression to destination & this is different to the shareware version I originally played. end result, unplayable.

at turn 50, it demands a word from the manual eg page 50, line 5, word 2.

It does work Fudge but the default dearj.exe is wrong you have to change it to DOSHO.EXE in the dropdown list.
