So I think I figured it out. I clicked on 音声 and clicked the second option (F) and I didn't get the error.

There is a error that pops up about an audio file not working. As DragonPlayer62 says cancel closes the game and retrying does nothing. Hopefully someone figures this out

This download seems to not include voice files.
As soon as I start the game I'm getting an error that a file is missing, letting me retry or cancel. Canceling closes the game
