Anyone still wondering how to run this game:
1. Download and Install XM6 Pro-68k for the Sharp x68000 version
2. launch it up, find Human.sys kernel, you're looking for HUMAN302.XDF file
3. On the bottom of the emulator there are two slots 0 and 1, these are to insert floppy disks or .dim files
4. Right-click, insert human.sys and reset, then after it finishes boot, Right-click and insert angel.dim
5. type GAME into the human.sys console and it should start. Cheers!

@ulala, I'm pretty sure that the Sharp X68 dump is broken. It doesn't work for me either. And no, there is no way the game is in English,as it was never translated.
If you're still interested then just emulate the PC-98 version, it's much easier.

Whenever I try to run the sharp version in any emulator, I get an error saying it can't find(?) human.sys. looking in the download, it's mostly .m files. I haven't emulated x68k games before, is there a step I'm missing here? Also, is the game really in English like the download link says?

I can confirm that the fix posted from Galios indeed works in NP2, but the download as posted will run with sound in DOSBOX-X set to PC-98 mode.

This rom autoexecutes SYOJO.BAT inside it, but there's a bunch of junk and not working commands in it. To fix the sound issue do this:
1) Download DiskExplorer (editdisk). You need it to open and edit .hdi files;
2) Open the game with it, use the default profile when asked;
3) Go to Angel folder;
4) Use File - Extract on SYOJO.BAT;
5) Detele SYOJO.BAT from the rom;
5) Open the exported file in notepad, delete everything and replace it with this:
pmd86
m cmd00.scb gdata.lib
6) Save the file and use File - Import to put the edited file back into the rom;
