Installing on mame is similar to other ddr games.
This game was originally and upgrade to ddr 3rd mix. During mames first boot.
It will ask to initialize cart. Press f2 (test) and let it install. (when asked if upgrading from ddr 3rd mix, choose yes)
When done press tab and choose slots and where it says game, change to install.
Then choose reset system.
On next boot choose yes (Yes is left, No is right, on every menu) that the security cart is installed.
When done press tab and go to slots and change install back to game.
Then reset system again.
you will now be ready to play.
