My dad got this as a gift for me from a business trip back in 2004.
I didn't get the humor at my young age but I showed everyone that ever came over to play and they loved it.
The humor of this game is very 1999 office humor, think Dilbert if the cast was made up of rednecks and stereotypes of American suburban life.
Published by Simon & Schuster no less, the publisher of many children's reading games.

the social commentary of this game is typical of American, and a generally western, view about the world and its affairs.

For the rest of us its a crude and cheap looking time waster.
