After reading all the comments and seeing some guy’s warning about virus, I downloaded all the files and patches and then scanned them using Bitdefender Antivirus. Yep it found a Trojan.GenericKD.47528061 virus in the ISO.zip. Not going to risk my computer playing it.

I found applying the patch the players had no hands. Not applying the patch and the players hands were visible.

Game runs as a 14 year old game is expected to. Get and use all of the files here at the bottom of the page and set DPI override to system after enabling it if you don't have a cursor in the game (no other compatibility options need to be set). It seems the texture for players hands is missing, audience and referees have hands on their bodies but players don't. Not that big a deal to me it's still a lot of fun to play!
I would like my players to have hands though if the textures can be found and listed for download. I compared the file count between the iso's and what installed and I have all the files. A report from 2006 I found reporting this same issue says reinstalling fixed it for one person, didn't make hands appear for me.

Game had no cursor. Running compatibility as win7 and dpi override set to system made it appear.
