The best variant to play the game on modern systems is to run it on Virtual Machine. For example you can run it on DOSBox + Windows 3.1, the game was tested on that Virtual Machine, it works fine. The disc of Full variant includes CD Audio music, in order to hear it you must mount the Disc Image into virtual drive
