Description of Airline 69: Return to Casablanca
The super-erotic secret agent ChouChou has just hijacked your transport plane in mid-flight, when suddenly German Stukas attack. After a rough landing in the desert, ChouChou gives you sex like you've never known it so naturally you decide to help her deliver her espionage documents in Casablanca. Since she's on the 'most wanted' list, you're on your own in the alleys of the city, always on the lookout for lucrative propositions. Your objective is to somehow 'acquire' a plane and start up your own company Airline 69.

The hardcore version is in German. Only some menu texts are in English.
Problems under windows 10:

The game seems to work ok with the image inserted in a virtual drive after normal install.
But when I use the 1.02c patch (alone or the patch and the nocd), the mouse pointer gets jerky and so slow the game becomes unplayable.
Any fix for this to play the patched 1.02c version? (Maybe the patch is for another version of the game? Reading the patch notes the bugs fixed don't seem to be that important to me anyway, so I'll just play the unpatched version instead until there is a fix.)
