Notes:

Use "crack" to remove time limit and get the full version of the game, simply replace Click Clack XL.exe in game folder. Your antivirus may trigger on that file, it showed some generic warnings about suspicious file, the usual case with "cracks". The file is safe to use, here's the scan report
The shareware installer is for German version, to switch the game to English language download the archive with English language pack and replace settings.set file in game folder
If you get an error about missing Media\bg_1.jpg file when trying to start a new game, use the fix - copy .bat-file to game folder then run it to fix the error
