I've seen this pattern in the computer chess community for years. First people praise something, then they get used to receiving updates, features, and upgrades for free and that's a very good thing. We saw similar attitudes around previous engines and GUIs - Rybka, Houdini, Komodo, HIARCS Chess Explorer and others. Many people want professional-grade software, enterprise-grade stability, impeccable documentation, constant updates, and open-source access, completely free and legal. I think sharing will make life happier than being a stingy human being, making hair falling, pathetic and a golf course in the head. Thank you and respectful greetings

I'm so pleased to see many games I originally purchased back in the late 80's, 90's and noughties; initially on cassettes, floppy disks, then CD's, most of which have either been lost, are stored under piles of junk in my attic or loft area's of the house, or were stolen. I did throw hundreds of cassette taped games away and floppy's when we were having house renovations about 20 years ago, dumping old computers and peripherals, even a Bang & Olufsen music centre that I later discovered I could have sold on eBay for a small fortune. Then, shortly after dumping them, while at my local computer hardware store on Brook Street in Manchester, I saw a cassette player specifically designed for those old cassette based games, with a USB connector. Sadly, too late to recover those.

So, now I get to replay many of those games I thought I'd lost forever that are now appearing here on this abandonware site. Thank you MyAbandonware. I still have a lot of executables for games you have here, so if needed I can send them to you. I've already messaged you specifically about this (e.g. an executable and reg code for Chain Reaction). I'm still awaiting a reply from you about this.

Este juego es muy interesante y te hace pensar en cómo prevenir la calvicie por la caída del cabello, porque piensas demasiado, no hay cura efectiva y puede llevar a una calvicie crónica. Parece una broma, pero esta es la etapa final del ajedrez. Tenemos que encontrar un buen remedio, gracias
