The Crazy Kong arcade game, while thought to be a bootleg by most people, was made by Falcon and officially licensed by Nintendo for the Japanese market. The license was later revoked when Falcon was found to be exporting the games to other markets (I played one in the U.S. in those years).
This game, as well as the other Crazy Kong game on the C=64, appears to have no relation to Falcon's game and is a straight-up rip-off. I guess they thought the original Crazy Kong was a bootleg and that therefore they couldn't be sued by Falcon and they would use the argument that it was a rip-off of Crazy Kong and not Donkey Kong if Nintendo got involved?

And he is saving his long haired boy friend from a gay cosplayer. Very bad game.
