I lost my Hong Kong Mahjong when my computer crashed; Nine Dragons is no longer selling this game. Does anyone know where I might get it.
I'm grateful to anyone with any advice.

You do have to select the right tile to start the game. It gives you a page number in the manual and asks you to click on the tile next to the page number. Fortunately there is a pdf of the manual included in the zip file. The file name is
Hong Kong Mahjong Pro (Manuel Vo).pdf.
It's a slight hassle but the game is worth it.

Is already cracked. I was able to just click on any tile and the game started with out any problem or I was lucky and hit the correct one 2 times in a row.
I ran the dos startup HKMJ.COM in D-Fend Reloaded which by the way is an awesome dosbox startup front end.

Nine Dragons has closed for business earlier this year (May 2016), surely this now qualifies as non-commercial abandonware that can be freely downloaded and distributed.
Archive dot org has this game, playable with the Dosbox emulator:

Unfortunately, it is copy-protected where you need to refer to a manual. I can't find a copy of the manual anywhere online.
