Here is the video game “Sentinels of Ceth”! Released in 1997 on Windows, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's an action game, set in an arcade, fantasy and shooter themes and it was released on Mac as well.

1.0 version runs well on Windows XP using virtual machine
Despite its age, I couldn't get this game to work on my Win98 setup; apparently, there are some missing files that prevent the game from loading correctly, and even when it runs, there's all sorts of missing graphics that make the game difficult to play.
It runs fine on Windows XP, however, and unlike most pre-XP games, it works properly in fullscreen mode, although in a smallish window.
Decent little arcade game, very much feels like a shareware Mac game (which it is), pretty addictive once you get into the game's rhythm.
