Let's make a petition to have this game be free again, steam has no right to purchase the rights of this game. It's considered abandoned by the developers. But I could probably if I really wanted to find this on a different abandonware site.

Should be considered abandonware. The version available for purchase on Steam is unplayable and broken. Can't find a working version anywhere outside of buying the original CD.

The bin cue files are a cd image, you need to either burn it to a blank cd or mount the cue file using a virtual cd/dvd drive software like poweriso or daemon tools to access the install files.

the game is good and addictive
the problem with it is the rendering is bad on modern graphics cards
and the game is very unbalanced and can softlock a lot
