Doesn't work on Windows 11. Theres no ISO file to mount, just runs the launcher and asks to insert the CD.

Instructions as of Feb 2023:
Download Daemon Lite, run the installer and decline the VPN.
Download the School Tycoon ISO File, extract it to your desktop.
Run Daemon Lite, the files inside the School Tycoon Folder should now have the Daemon Lite Icon. Double click SchoolTycoonV1 once, this will load it, then double click it again. School Tycoon should install.
Check for updates, then run the game!

Does anyone know how to fix resolution? My game is super zoomed in and cut off - I can only see the top left of the screen, and can't move my mouse down past what displays on my screen (so I can't get to the in-game settings). I've tried compatibility mode and messing with the Windows resolution and it still doesn't work.

If you downloaded everything correctly and can pull up the game launcher to start the game and nothing happens, go to properties by "Right click"ing on the game desktop icon, go to "compatibility" and "click" on the box for compatibility mode and "choose" "Windows XP". That's what got the game working for me. It wouldn't do anything when I tried launching the game at first. Thanks for the upload! Really missed my childhood.

No "iKernal" issues, followed Glockenspeel & Sarah's comments and worked just fine. Second game i've downloaded here and Daemon Tools has been a lifesaver (im not a pc expert in the least, v easy to use). Ppl mentioning no audio, just go to game options and move the music and sound fx slider up! Weird how it installs muted? Played over a few hours, no issues, thanks for the throwback!

But people are saying theres issues with installing "iKernal.exe". This might be something to do with the launcher or serial number update thing--but to me it sounds like its trying to install kernal permissions which is really suspect. I would love for someone to tell me the install is clean though, love this game. Just sounds suspect, so I'm staying away.

instructions for install
download the iso file
mount the iso using https://sourceforge.net/projects/imdisk-toolkit/
run the setup file on the iso
open the game once installed
it should open a launcher
click run updater
once done you can unmount iso and delete is if you want and run the game without

downloaded it in 30 mins. mount with Daemon tools lite, install, update, done. Change resolution in settings. only 3 maps but quite fun. you can change some of the locked items in the ini's (need a lame toilet for a nurse's office... really?) Only 3 maps... shame. B-

it runs but as soon as you click play from the launch screen it plays way too zoomed in. i have tried messing with all of the compatibility and display settings but nothing works - it is just way too zoomed in

Hey guys, this game still works. All you need to do to get around the "no CD" issue is to click "check for updates" in the game's loading screen. I have no idea why, but after the updates the game runs fine without a crack. Cheers!
