Download Warhammer 40,000: Storm of Vengeance (Windows)

The game has been tested on Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 10, it works fine, the game supports widescreen. You may experience some small troubles when you play the game on modern systems, check our Notes for details.

ISO image of the game includes the base game without DLCs. If you want to install the base game, simply mount the ISO image or extract it with WinRAR or other archiver tool, and run Setup.exe. After you installed the game, use NoCD - copy all files from the archive and put in game folder, agree to replace the original files.

Steam-Rip includes the latest Steam build of the game with all 5 DLC packs that added new units and factions: Librarian, Imperial Guard Faction, Death Skulls Clan, Bad Moon Clan, Deathwing Terminator. Use NoCD for Steam-Rip to play that version - copy all files from the archive and put them in steamapps/common/Storm of Vengeance folder, agree to replace the original files. That NoCD is also included in the archive with Steam-Rip

Notes:

• If the game doesn't work - run it in Compatibility mode with old Windows (like Windows XP) and as Administrator. Also, it is recommended to install all versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and NET Framework for the correct work of the game
• The game works on DirectX 9, so if you're using Windows 8, 8.1, 10 or 11 - you need to enable DirectPlay: Go to Control Panel, and select 'Programs'. Select 'Turn Windows features on and off', click on 'Legacy Components' and check the box 'DirectPlay'. Select OK, once the installation is done, restart your computer
• The game is multilingual, with 6 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish & Russian. The language is automatically selected based on your system language
• The game had 5 DLC packs . ISO image includes the base game without DLCs, Steam-Rip includes the latest Steam build of the game with all DLCs (make sure to check Readme-file inside the archive)
• NoCD "crack" features the files that remove Steam-DRM and unlock the content of all DLC packs. In case if that NoCD doesn't work, try to use old NoCD in combination with CreamAPI to unlock DLC content. Or use Steamless tool to remove DRM-check from the executable file and then use CreamAPI to unlock DLC content. Or try to use Goldberg Emulator
• Unfortunately, the game has many bugs, like broken text in menu elements (looks like this) or random black screens. The bug with text is random and it seems there's no fix for it. But if you have the bug with black screen, when you played the game for some time, closed it and then launched again but the game doesn't load and you see only the black screen - try to remove/rename settings.xml file in C:/Users/%USERNAME%/AppData/LocalLow/Eutechnyx Ltd/Storm of Vengeance folder (don't forget to make the back-up of file) and then run the game again
