Hey Dan53, you have the very old version of the game with Starforce protection, That's why you cannot see those folder I mention. You need to install the "NoDVD+Patch 1.2+Settings". You can find it on Rutracker (I don't think I can give you the link here) and need to download the entire file (game +patch) because there is no direct download for the patch only.
Since we are touching "sensible" subjects and I don't know if we can talk about that here, I suggest you contact me on RPGCodex (same username) or, if you find one of the two thread on rutracker, in one of the two the last message it's me (with a different username). It's very easy.
I think I have to add those files directly to the translation.

Ooops, no luck.
Your mega file, talks about the scripts and resource folders.
But the game version I got here, doesn't have such folders, but instead, .db files with that names.
So, no way to install your translation.

Yeah, I have seen it. Strategy First is publishing again some old games of theirs. Beltion hasn't been the only one.

Note for non-Russian speakers
This game doesn't have very much dialogue, so I recommend using a translator on your phone and taking a picture of the dialogue and having it translated in real time. Most translators have a "text from image" utility so you don't have to type any Russian phrase out without having a Russian keyboard.

Don't speak russian so had fun till I didn't know how to go on.
Hope someone finds a written walkthrough, then one can translate it to english with google docs.
