I loved this game when I was a kid and hoped I could find a way to play it since I gave my C64 away decades ago. The C64 version runs great using VICE in x64sc mode, with one issue. I can never finish the game! I can play for hours with no issues. However, when the game ends (either through the Bismarck and Prinz Eugen being sunk OR entering an axis seaport) the game freezes on the screen that says "Loading Victory Conditions." I know it's just a game, but investing time in it with no payoff/feedback at the end seems pointless and hollow. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
