i set compatibily mode to windows xp (service pack 2) and it worked (i've tried before and don't worked and i don't know why) but i discovered the folder "LOCALHTML" is causing the problem, i modified this folder and the error appeared again, probably the error is caused when the game try to connect with the ad server (probably doesn't exist anymore)

Found a way to make it work. Set compatibility to Windows XP. Works seamlessly.

For got to add it crashes on Windows 10. So, that doesn't help either.

i remember i've played this game in july 2007 and it was one of first games i've played on my first pc but looks uncompatible with windows 10, when i try to play always appear a error from microsoft visual c++ runtime library "this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way" if someone find a solution to fix this error please tell me, i know you can run on a old OS or on a virtual machine but i want to play on windows 10
