if you want it to start with steam, you need to connect a second monitor and set to extend displays. Its a workaround

Interesting comments above. I have already bought this on Steam and was getting nowhere. You fire it up under Windows 10 and it does nothing !!! Sounds like its hopeless. Pity ............ it looks good.

Game will not start and It won't let you uninstall the game. It doesn't do anything when you try to start it but it runs in the background if you open the task manager.
