How to make this run in Windows 10:
1. Download this file, and extract the contents.
2. Download a converter tool, I used AnyBurn.
3. Inside of the tool, select "Convert Image File Format". Select the ".BIN" file inside of the downloaded file. This should convert the BIN into a ".ISO" file.
4. Right-click on the ISO file, and select "Open with... Windows Explorer". This should automatically mount this ISO into the D: drive. It will open a new location, which should show a file called "install.exe". Launch this, install the game, and run it!
5. I didn't have any trouble after this point, I even got a shortcut on my desktop. If you run into trouble, try running the installer in an older compatibility mode.

Theres a ui glitch when i click right mouse button on a store a then the ui doubles but in smaller none interactive window then i need to quit and re enter the game

For everyone who is having issues with the files being in .bin and .cue format, use a converter! I recommend AnytoISO - you open the .bin file with the program, and it uses that plus the .cue to create an ISO that you can mount (Win10 has built-in mounting ability so you don't need a fancy program to do so)

If you have winCDEmu, you can simply mount the .cue file like an .iso file.

I download the base version and it was a real pain to try to get it unzip and function without the original CD. BUT with some keyboard gymnastics it can function okay, but is very sluggish and hard to read what is on the screen due to small graphics.
