One of the best collection of board games ever made, this compilation by Oxford Softworks includes 10 of the most popular parlor games from around the world: Go, Renju, 4-in-a-Line, Othello, Gomoku, Backgammon, Chinese Chess, Chess, and Bridge.
Each game is complete with options such as hints and replay, and solid AI. The lack of on-line rules for each game is just about the only downside of this excellent collection. If you enjoy this pack, also check out the company's 1995 update called Mind Games Entertainment Pack for Windows, also on this site.

To anyone who was curious about "the other nine games in the series" (as I admit I was as well), the game is poorly named.
What the name says is that there are ten games in the package. Not that this is the tenth game in a series.
Further, it's not really "strategy games" per-se, in current terminology. Rather, it's "strategy board games."
A better name would have been "Ten Intelligent Strategy Board Games."
